PT Omniseals Industries Corporation was established in 1971 as the first company in Indonesia to produce PVC Shrink Film and PVC Shrink-labels (still our specialties until today).

We began by taking orders from the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and the Food Industries. This led to a gradual expansion of our operation, as we became involved in producing:

PVC Shrink Film (width up to 500 mm).
PVC Shrink-labels (Rotogravure Printing, up to 8 colors).
PE Shrink Film (width up to 600 mm).
Rotogravure printing cylinder (to support our PVC Shrink-labels production).
Injection molding products (machines ranging from 90 ton to 370 ton clamping force).
Vacuum forming products (small to medium size Blister Pack).
Plastic bottles (PVC and PE extrusion blow molding, up to 750 cc).

Our PVC production line is, and has always been, fully integrated from the resin stage to compounding, to the tubes and PVC Films. These have enabled us to have quality raw materials at the right time, which in turn support the delivery of good quality products to customers.

For the Capseals and the Shrink-labels, we have an in-house facility to handle from customer's artwork to the final cylinder for printing.

Our workshop has also made many of the equipment that we use in our production line. Since we made it ourselves, maintenance of these machines is second nature to us, thus minimizing downtime. The benefit to our customers is: on time delivery.

We also have a very special relationship with the dry battery industry in Indonesia, being involved in the initial stage of the metal-jacket battery production technology.

We began by producing the PVC tubes, and our current capabilities now include all plastic parts required in a battery.

Due to the lack of space in the Pluit plant, PT OIC moved all aspects of its operation in January 1995. With 25 years of experience behind us, our customers can be sure of our total commitment to Quality, Cost, Delivery and last but not least, Solutions.
